As an ongoing part of being a staff member at Woodridge Swim Club, each employee is required to fulfill the duties outlined in their job description. Each employee received a document that outlines the specific job requirements he/she has been hired to do this upcoming summer. Please find time to review and discuss the detailed job description(s) so there is a clear understanding of the expectations on the job. You are also encouraged to review the board approved Employee Harassment Guidelines, Rules & Regulations, and Absence Policy that has been given to you as well.
